We have chosen to stay at you hotel every yr for the last 10 years. We come there for swim meets. I have never gotten a noise complaint at anytime when we have stayed anywhere. We had checked in at 7:00pm went to our room put our things in and left to go eat. Upon returning the gentleman at the desk came up to us telling us the people below us called in a noise complaint. We had three children with us ages 7, 11, 11. My daughter ran into the room very excited to stay there. But we were in the room less than 10 minutes. I felt the noise complaint wasn’t warranted or supported by our actions. Upon returning to the hotel and we were informed my kids whispered and were tip toed to be extra quiet. This did not enjoy our stay.

The room was okay but the light fixtures were wobbly when you had to turn them on. The check-in process was adequate but not friendly. We were placed in a room next to the street, so road noise was a factor. The sauna was not usable during our stay.

The room was in great condition and the bed very comfortable. The water in the bathroom was awesome for fast heat and great pressure, perhaps a bit too much pressure in the shower. However, being in room 114, you will hear when anyone uses the staircase, to and from the second floor. The front desk clerk on duty the afternoon of January 2, 2025, was not at all friendly, dare I say just short of being rude. She was also found to be lying on the sofa in the public area...
