The room was dirty, shower didn’t work properly. Sink drain was clogged. Couldn’t use pool as we were told kids had chemical burns the previous day. Food and staff at restaurant were underwhelming. Noise from other guests, would never recommend .

Filthy floors and room especially the bathroom. Nothing was wiped down. Hand marks everywhere hair and sand on floors. No ice machine on same floor. Changed rooms just to have the same dirty experience. Never have I ever had a poor stay at a Hilton until recently. And they don't answer if you call.the front desk.
