Location is to die for, you want a homie feel at the beach? This place is it. With a few minor cleanliness issues that were overlooked I’m sure by accident this is the best place to feel comfortable and literally a minute from the beach. Will be back!

If cleanliness is important - go elsewhere

So many things wrong. I read the reviews. And l thought the people writing bad reviews were over reacting. THEY WERE NOT!!! Read the bad reviews and that is what you’re getting. The main rug was so dirty, we didn’t want to walk on it without shoes. Old cooking grease on the stove knobs. Broken shower head. Leaking faucets. Broken coffee pot and what an awful mess that created. No dishwashing detergent. No clothes detergent. Only one kitchen towels. No kitchen sponges to clean. Rust on the refrigerator. Coins, and other people’s belongings left on the floor. SPIDERS on pillow cases. Dried eggs on utensils. We had to wash dishes and cups prior to using it.

Good location - needs improvements.

I've stayed at a few dozen VRBO/VACASA rentals over the years and this was by far the least stocked of all of them and just had several very cheap fixes instead of repairs/replacements. I will start with the good - the BBQ on the deck was wonderful! new, nice, heated up quickly. The house was very clean. It's just little touches that can make a huge difference. The towel bar in the bathroom was excessively bent and just had towels hanging on it so we couldn't see it. Odd seams in the kitchen floor that we all tripped on regularly. The only spice was very old salt and pepper. No paper coffee filters but an after-market filter placed in the coffee machine that was too small so every pot had lots of grounds in it. Kitchen stove is old and probably heats up to half capacity so everything took twice as long, or more, to cook. Not any saucepans or skillet. Lastly - there was ONE dishtowel. Just ONE. We had to wash and dry it every day. It would not cost much at all to fix most of these things.

Fantastic space close to the beach

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary. It was a lovely, clean space with comfy beds, a quiet neighborhood, and easy beach access. Huge plus that it was dog friendly!

Our Stay

We really enjoyed the stay at the property, and it was a great experience. The only negative was that master bedroom sheets had not be changed out. A few clumps of black hairs were discovered the next morning after sleeping in the bed. We rewashed the sheets. Besides that, everything was great!!!

Check-in was simple and the location was everything we needed. Living room furniture was old and worn out. No TV on the main floor but we don’t watch tv.

Pictures of property were wrong

The pictures of the furniture are wrong. The nice looking furniture has been replaced with cheap Ikea. The house had 3 TVs only 1 worked. Half way thru our stay the town came and shut the water off for none payment of water bill. We called Vrbo customer service who were excellent and we had that issue fixed in under two hours. We would never book that house again.

August at the coast

A beautiful neighborhood easy walk to the beach. The house was clean and in order. Plenty of room, the outside deck was great. We had a wonderful time.

This place is in a great location. Fit our family and it was a nice get away. The kitchen is missing a few key items for cooking so bring what you think you might want for that.

A nice stay at the beach

I stayed here with my husband, daughter, and in-laws. The house was neat and clean. It’s a really quick walk to the beach, and the beach is really nice. The kitchen is pretty well set up for cooking. It’s not a huge deal, but there weren’t any cooking basics (I.e. salt, pepper,etc.) and there were only 3 kitchen towels which wasn’t enough for us cooking for three days without doing laundry. Overall, we enjoyed the place and had a really nice time.
