The hotel scores high on the “3 Cs”: Clean, Comfortable, Convenient. Using the word “grand” in its name is a bit of an overstatement. We found it oddly lacking in the small things that earn our higher ratings. Two bath towels were provided but just one hand towel. Three pillows on the king bed (we did find an extra in the closet). No drinking glasses or cups for taking pills, Also, you must request housekeeping which we did on one of our three days. Oddly, the bathroom was cleaned and replenished but the bed was not made. None of these things are dealbreakers, but be advised if they are important to you.

The front desk staff are amazing. Our room didnt get cleaned while we were there. The guest rooms need a full length mirror. The breakast was good each morning.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. I called on Monday and requested a room downstairs I was told I had a room downstairs along with my daughters family and when we arrived I was told it was upstairs and that my rooms could not be changed. I was a bit upset with this.

Nearly $300 a night and they would not even bring clean towels and make up the room when asked to do so. The breakfast was served late every day.
