This ground floor house benefits from a quiet location on a large garden plot just 2.6 km from Pouldu and its three family beaches, and near Portsarc'h (500 m) with a beautiful coastal path and sandy beaches hidden by rocks. It is not far from the center of Clohars-Carnoët and the picturesque port of Doëlan. Take many wonderful walks, for example through the forest, along the river Laïta or along the coast. The beaches of Pouldu are supervised in the high season and are also popular with surfers. In the evening, the beautiful town of Quimperlé invites you to stroll along its cobbled streets.

Das Haus ist gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Zimmer alle schön hell und frisch gestrichen, die Betten gut und auch genügend Stauraum für Koffer und Wäsche in den Schränken. Das Bad ist neu. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, ideal wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte. Zum Meer sind es wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Die Gegend bietet viel Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen auch bei schlechtem Wetter. Die Heizkosten sind relativ hoch, da mit Strom geheizt wird. Wir waren die letzen 2 Wochen im Mai, haben sparsam geheizt (brrrrr) und 110 Euro für die Heizung gezahlt. Hinzu kommen 60 Euro für die Endreinigung. Dies sollte beim Preisvergleich mit anderen Objekten berücksichtigt werden. Kurze Mißverständnisse über die Vorauszahlung der Verbrauchskosten konnten schnell beigelegt werden.
