The house was perfect for my family’s visit with our daughter at Clemson. House was very clean and comfortable and felt like home away from home. Close to campus, town, walking trails and parks.We would definitely stay here again when in town next!

Rock the country

We were contracted early by the property owner and afforded every accommodation. They were quick to respond, and the house was very nice. The outdoor sitting area was fantastic, and we had everything we could have needed to cook and serve a large group. The house is on a nice, wooded lot and provides privacy while you are still close to grocery stores and restaurants. The only suggestion we have is that the end state of the house is better defined (what to do with used towels, etc.). We wanted to make sure that we left everything in an acceptable state. Other than that great place to visit and relax.

Graduation and Christmas

We had a wonderful time. Booked for Son's Clemson Graduation and Celebrated Christmas withfamily. Kids loved the game room and had plenty of space for all 8 of us. The hosts were great and very easy to communicate with. Thank you for letting our family make memories at your place.

So Close to Clemson

We were at Clemson for college graduation and this house could not have been more convenient. We were about a 5 minute drive to our daughter’s apartment, College Ave and Tiger Blvd. The house was big, clean, and had just about all the amenities needed. We had great communication with the management company and the owner. A wonderful stay!

Great for Tigers Football weekend

The host could not have been nicer to work with and the house a perfect spot for family to enjoy a Clemson football weekend. Fun hang out space with tv and game tables and relaxing outdoor space. Bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. Everything you needed was provided including coffee maker with coffee to get you started - a nice touch. I hadn't realized ahead of time that there is also a separate pool/pool house that could be rented that would expand the stay for several more people and relaxing by the pool. Very convenient drive to campus.

Haven of Trees

The property manager/host was very communicative, compassionate, and respectful. An angel in our time of need. After enduring the 6ft storm surge ( flood) that took out the first floor of our home and quickly facing the arrival of Hurricane Milton, already extremely exhausted and worried about our safety, we switched gears from storm clean up to planning our evacuation. Thankfully, my online search led us to this home. A quite stay amongst nature and close to extended family would do us some good. We couldnt have asked for a better host. Renee went above and beyond to ensure we had a peaceful space to rest and recover, and she kept in touch with us along our travels to ensure our safe arrival. I felt more like I was staying at a friends house rather than a strangers home. The home was inviting. It has a lot of space and charm. Huge windows in the gameroom that was filled with fun activites that my family enjoyed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware that was big enough for feeding large families. We hosted dinner and a cook out with extended family while there. Our dog - Zoey was in stick heaven with so much room to run. My favorite part was the outside sitting areas. The weather was perfect and we spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the breeze. Its close to Clemson, so you still get the conveinence of stores, restaurants, and deliveries. Renee also provided a resource book that included location of waterfalls. We highly recommend a stay here!

“Discover Why This Is The Most Under-Rated Destination Ever!”

It all began when I decided to prepare a formal dinner for eight to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday, during ‘23 Memorial Day weekend. As a surprise, I invited friends from NJ to join us. I’d never planned such an event, so naturally I was nervous. I was concerned if I'd have sufficient culinary accoutrements. I recalled I had the owner's contact information, so, I called to ask about the items in question, and introduce myself. Renee was pleasant - at first. She assured me everything should be there but wasn't 100% positive. So, I told her I'd just pick up what I needed – just in case. She was insistent that I not, and that she would get those items and leave them for us. I also inquired of a local bakery where I could order a nice birthday cake, of which she offered two local options. She even offered to pick it up for me. I was grateful, but too much was riding on this to place such a huge responsibility on someone I'd never met, nor worked with before. I graciously accepted, initially, but later changed my mind and took care of that detail myself. I'm so glad I did. I'll get back to that in a bit. Our friends had arrived prior and called to let me know they'd decorated with some balloons. When we arrived, Kay was overwhelmed with joy at the scene they'd prepared for her. We were shocked at the conditions inside. The interior photos neglected to tell the truth about the rooms. They were far more spacious and comfortable. We were expecting a rustic, mountain retreat, instead everything was modern and user-friendly. The bar and kitchen were stocked with multiples of everything I needed. There were board games, table games, puzzles, and super comfortable couches to lounge on. I was really shocked to see the state of the refrigerator! Renee had also placed freshly cut wildflowers to be presented to Kay for her birthday. So, now I see why this is such an under-rated destination, and if you’re lucky enough to Book there, you will discover it for yourselves too. The Bible says when a farmer finds a treasure in his field, he quickly reburies it to ensure it's not discovered. Not one person, including myself, wants to recommend this place to anyone, because who wants to share these kinds of treasures? The kind you’re saving for your family and special friends who need to escape the frustrations of life. So, book your dates today – except for the Memorial Day weekend 2024. That’s ours!
