Although we never stayed here before, we have stayed at the Watkins Glen Harbor hotel which is a replica of this one. Ver professionally ran and premises are excellent. Staffing is very cordial.

We had continuous issues with being charged the incorrect amount and it took three different people to fix it over the course of days. In the meantime we were told not to worry about it and that it would be fixed, and it continuously wasn’t. We had ants in our room and reported it and nothing was done about it other than to put some bait, and the room was very dusty. I’m not one to notice a little dust but there were visible layers of it on the lamps and surfaces and when my phone fell on the floor and I picked it up there was dust all over it. It was definitely not worth the price and I recommended avoiding.

Awesome Hotel

We had a great stay. The hotel is beautiful & the staff was very friendly & welcoming. The property is amazing. Very picturesque with the location being right on the St Lawrence. The gas fire pit is so nice & the grounds are beautiful. Rooms are very nice, clean & modern. The only recommendation I would make is to improve the bed pillows. We had a king room & the pillows were small even smaller than a standard size pillow. They were down pillows & no support at all. Although there were 4 pillows on the bed & we doubled them it was still not comfortable. A king bed should have king size pillows. Next time I’d bring my own!! Better pillows please!!
