1000 Islands Harbor Hotel had the most amazing sunset views. Staff was friendly and polite.We enjoyed sitting at the firepit in the evenings. Loved the window seat in the room. Wished the pool was warmer and the spa tub water was not cloudy.

We booked a River view, we got a parking lot view. The toilet leaked at the base creating a puddle and unsafe conditions. The room was very dusty. When I spoke to the front desk they just literally laughed it off. Very unhappy with location of the room. Attended a wedding there and the food was terrible

Not a cheap place to sleep. The location and view has a lot to do with the price, otherwise the room and service is probably avarage. The bed is quite small for two people and not as comfortable as expected for the price paid

Staff was very helpful, venue was beautiful and rooms were clean. Everything in walking distance and parking was easily accessible. Starbucks coffee in the hall every morning was an added bonus for sure!

Beautiful hotel and area

We had an amazing stay. The only issue we had was that we were told we didnt need reservations for dinner then when we went to dinner, we could not be seated because we didnt have a reservation. Apparently, there was a staffing issue and they could not accommodate anyone else beside the reservations they had already. The dining room was empty and the outside patio was not even close to being full. This was a very big disappointment as I was looking forward to having a nice dinner here. We went to O'Briens to eat. This place is a restaurant/bar. We enjoyed our dinner, but it was not the type of dinner we wanted. We stayed two nights and only had one night to eat dinner at this hotel. I highly recommend the hotel. We ate breakfast here and the waitress confirmed the hotel's issue with staffing and call outs.
