Room was large, comfortable, and had a nice shower. Owner was very nice and helpful. Many places to eat in area plus grocery store about a 3 min walk from property. So close we walk right to our cruise ship which was .8 miles away. Reasonably priced, would definitely stay again.

We would have appreciated more details about finding the actual place. We passed it twice. The sign was very small and we didn't realize we would need to be buzzed in. We felt lost.

Stayed at 7 Bells one night before a cruise. We booked for 7 Bells but instead they put us in another hotel, Alibrandi Palace, next door. Was a bit skeptical but it turned out to be totally fine. Clean and quiet.

Not a true hotel. More like half way house.,staff friendly, helpful when there. Other times, no one present. Facility provided 5 rooms. Raised issue of safety, though no issue arose. Room basic. Could use more shelves. TV only provided in Italian. Furniture basic, aged. Limited breakfast option. Location middle downtown area. Many streat vendors providing pasta, fish options. Other shops clothing, jewelry, plus other options. Limited activities available.

Great stay to start our vacation

Stefano and the staff were extremely courteous from day one! The room was comfortable and clean. The shower had hot water. The air conditioner worked perfectly. There’s a wonderful restaurant right around the corner called My Lord and it was absolutely amazing. Thank you, Stefano and your whole staff for an amazing time that my husband and I had while there for the two nights. PS the hairdryer was the best hairdryer I have ever used

Moved to another property down the block although we booked this property months in advance. Notified a couple if days before the reservation citing problems with the online booking system. This seemed to happen to a few people that we met at this hotel. This is not okay and very stressful when planning a trip. The new property was fine but. Aused unnecessary confusion.

Clean and Convenient

Stayed here after an overnight flight from the US prior to our cruise boarding the next afternoon. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They kindly arranged a private car from the airport (shout out to Luca for his excellent service). Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect with countless restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and bars within easy walking distance. The walk to our ship is 20 minutes. Highly recommend this lovely place.

The staff was amazing and the room was big and clean. It's a little less than 10 minute walk from the train station and about 15 minute walk from the port, so right in the middle. It's just a few steps off the main road and inside a building with other businesses in it. It's just up one flight of stairs or you can take the small elevator to floor 1. The area is nice and there are plenty of restaurants and shops along the main road. The water is just across the street and is a beautiful area to walk around. The staff really was the stand out for the stay, they explained everything to us and allowed us to keep our bags there the next day after check out because we don't board our cruise until the afternoon. They also can call to have someone take you to the port terminal for just 10 euro per person. I really enjoyed my night here and I would recommend it to anyone staying in Civitavecchia.

7 Bells House is a cute hotel in a great location. Hotel room was spacious and quiet, bed is comfortable, A/C was strong. Breakfast on the terrace was amazing. The hotel is centrally located, and we enjoyed walking around and exploring Civitavecchia. We were able to check in earlier than most hotels, which was great because we arrived directly from a red-eye flight and were tired. Stefano and his staff were very helpful, including giving us restaurant recommendations and offering to call us a taxi to the port the day we were leaving. Good communication from staff prior to our arrival as well. We had a great stay and plan to be stay again the next time we are in Civitavecchia and will be recommending to friends.
