Welcome to our charming 3BR/2BA waterfront retreat in Dunnellon, FL—set on a private canal with a dock and boathouse, and easy water access to the Withlacoochee River, Lake Rousseau and of course - Rainbow aprings. Perfect for fishing, boating, families, and a quiet Florida reset. Did I mention this is perfect for fishers? Fun fact: a long time ago, this used to be an old Florida fish camp because of its location!
