This house is beautiful with plenty of vintage charm mixed with modern features. We originally had 12 people in our group, but ended up with only 9 people staying. There would have been plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of towels and washcloths. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. Communication prior to the stay was appropriate.
I do want to point out that the two rooms with futons are not bedrooms, one is a living room with doors to close it off and the other is a sitting area with no privacy, it separates the two bedrooms on the third floor.
There are not 3 full bathrooms, there are 2 1/2 bathrooms. A half bath on the first floor. A bathroom with a shower stall is on the second floor and a bathroom with a shower stall and bath tub is attached to the king bed bedroom on the second floor.
Some suggestions to make the stay a little nicer: hooks for clothes/towels in the bathrooms and the bedrooms, full length mirrors in the bedrooms, and essentials in the kitchen such as: salt, pepper, olive oil, and sugar.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay again.
