The Manager was really nice, best customer service possible! Room was filthy, it was a halfway cleaning job, and BED BUGS!! Trash all over the property grounds.

Overall it was a great experience. When we pulled up to the property after dark there were no outside light on including the sign for the hotel. The pool was cold, but they did turn the heat on once requested. I would recommend this place and we will use it again.

I arrived and Penney helped me get a room on the first floor for my elderly Mother-in-law. She was helpful and courteous and the rest of the staff were awesome.

Everything was very clean. Our issue was it was HOT. We tried to cool it down but it never did. If we were staying more than one night I would have asked for another room. Then the water was either ice cold or boiling hot. Didn’t feel safe giving my kids a bath that night. When I told the people at the front desk they just said “oh we will get maintenance on it”. No apologies or anything. The woman who made breakfast was very sweet. Overall it was a good stay. I just can’t give it all stars

Wasn’t offered any bottled water upon check-in as I have been in the past. The shower was weak and operated poorly. Visible signs of previous damage. Window shade didn’t appear to be operable or had no pull string. Walls are thin and could hear everything outside the room. Hallway consistently smelled of cheap cologne. Was woken up at 6AM on a Saturday by the next room blaring their radio. When I called front desk to complain, they said they would go up there. Had to call back again after nothing was addressed. I even had to knock and ask the guest to turn down their radio. No call back by the front desk to check in about it. This happened again on a Sunday morning as well. Food was not very fresh and/or lower quality. Hard boiled eggs were old and shouldn’t have been served to guests. Overall, this stay was pretty poor but not the worst ever. I had stayed here before several times but I’ll probably not be returning again after this.
