This property is not market ready. It most definitely does not fit the definition of vacation rental. No one would ever want to go on vacation and land in this property. Maybe if you’re from Nepal and share space with the family lama. From sidewalk to home was a huge wooden plank like frm the medieval times meant to keep invaders out. It smelled like a Febreeze bomb went off. The gas stove had no hood. The spindle wood staircase is going to kill somebody. It’sdilapidated/dangerous. Nasty bugs on the wall. I’m all about being resourcefully frugal on property rehabs but it can’t all be done by shopping at the dollar store if ever. In all my time of travelling the country and world…I have never walked away from a property.I stayed in a camper that was way nicer than this place.The block this home is on is super sketchy too. I was born and raised in the heart of New York City and believe me when I say, I freaking know sketchy
