Excellent, underrated hotel

The manager was excellent, gave us tons of advice, very friendly and helpful and made us feel at ease. I like exploring new hotels each time I visit a city but I will probably be back. Perfect location too.

The one star rating is actually for the person who booked the room(myself😩). The lady (in training) at the front desk was really great, she did everything she could to accommodate our requests. UNFORTUNATELY, the room does not have a window, it is clearly stated in the booking section, but …I did not notice this detail when I selected the room. It is all on me, my only unhappiness is the fact the hotel is offering this room with no window. Certainly it should be a storage. Otherwise, the room size, cleanliness, bed quality, all are great.

Very clean hotel!! The room, the bathroom impeccable!! Good mattress, new and clean towels!! We wanted to stay there longer but was booked and for good reason!! If you want a good, clean hotel and affordable, central location book this with no hesitation!!!
