Indulge in a delightful retreat at our charming 3/4 bedroom home nestled in the heart of Chipping Norton.

Immerse yourself in the enchanting ambiance of the Cotswold's. Unwind by crackling log burning fire with a steaming mug of hot chocolate. Feel your worries melt away as you luxuriate in a soothing bubble bath in our standalone roll-top bath. Or savor the warmth of home-cooked meals as you gather with friends/colleagues or loved ones around the dinning table in our farmhouse-style kitchen.

The Space:

You are just a 10 min stroll into town where you have an array of boutiques, cafes and restaurants, plus an independant cinema. Soho Farmhouse and Daylesford Farm are a short drive away. Clarkson's farm and their Farm, Shop Didley Squat is just down the road too!

The house has two double bedrooms and a twin room, plus two reception rooms, one of which has double sofa bed and can be a fourth bedroom. There are two bathrooms, and a beautiful large farmhouse style kitchen with dinning table.

The Neighborhood:
Chipping Norton is the perfect Cotswold's town with access to all the amenities you need on your door step and lots of Cotswold charm. The town Centre is a 10 min stroll away and you will find a number of boutiques, cafes, and traditional English pubs along with an independant cinema.

You have the rolling countryside all around with lots of beautiful walks on offer. A short drive away you have Soho farmhouse, Daylesford farm and Clarksons Farm.

Stow on the Wold is a 15 min drive away and is stunning Cotswold town with lots to see.

Moreton in Marsh is a 15 min drive away, on a Tuesday they have one of the oldest/longest running markets in England.

Broadway Tower is 25 min drive away, you can walk down into Broadway itself from the tower where on a clear day you get some fantastic views!

Other Things to Note:
The property is over 4 floors, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges.

Check in
This property is a self-check-in property. Our standard check-in time is 3 PM, however we may be able to accommodate earlier times upon request.

ID
We may request ID for your booking before we release the check in details. This is part our our due diligence to ensure we know who is staying in our properties.

Smoking
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

Lost keys
We charge £50 for each set of lost keys. There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

Parties
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Illegal activities
If we have complaints regarding illegal activities taking place at our property we reserve the right to terminate your booking without a refund and we will inform the police.
