We stayed downtown Vancouver the night prior for more than double the price for a more rundown hotel in a smaller room. This place was a breath of fresh air. Clean, appealing & bright and inviting. The coffee machine in the foier is an added bonus for a late night coffee or hot chocolate. Lots of amenities nearby. We went to the Zoo and the Outdoor experience (water park) both were about a 4 minute drive away. Thank you for the great stay!

Great location in terms of access to food, shops, etc. Travelled with our adult children in a big group and executive suite was perfect for them. Complimentary breakfast also good. Seemed to be popular for sports teams ;) Would definitely stay there again.

There was a strong nauseating cleaner smell in the hallway and elevator. The door of the rooms were all closing very loudly. There was not fan in the bathroom making the whole room very humid. The toilet seat was very loose. The interior pool was cold and had floaties (seamed like pollen from outside). However, the room and the breakfast were clean.

Ok hotel, terribly rude service

Room was clean. Breakfast was great. Unfortunately, when we tried to shower in the evening there was no hot water. We ran it for over 5 minutes. Tried to call the front desk but no answer. The hot tub the next morning started off great but after a few minutes was extremely cold. When leaving we told the front desk about the issues. He said the hot tub was being filled while we were in it which is why it was getting colder. I suggested perhaps they put up a sign so guests know it’s not ready for use yet. He laughed at us and in a very snarky rude way told us it was being filled, as if we were idiots for getting in the hot tub and not knowing that. He said he had no idea why there was no hot water the evening before. We were very polite when informing them of these issues, specifically stating we aren’t complaining but wanted to let you know, but the disrespectful and rude response was unexpected and awful. We will not be back.
