Our delightful studio house offers a large open room with bed, sofabed, table/chairs, TV and kitchen all in one room. Guests have free WiFi and AC for a comfortable stay. One full bath, equipped kitchen, queen bed and single sofa bed, plus a hammock, this awesome property is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Plenty of parking and a comfortable covered porch with ceiling fans. The property has numerous fruit trees and flowers to delight your senses.

Kathy was a gracious host and a huge help all around, from guiding us in, to helping us find restarants and outings. The property was beautiful, spacious and relaxing. Waking to the bird song and fresh breeze from the many windows was enchanting. We would recommend this property 100%. We would recommend the awesome light shows in town, traveling north to see Ek Balam (Mayan ruins thet we could climb to the top) the very relaxed Cenote Xla-Kja just down the road or the more developed Cenote Oxaman. And Chichén Itzá (one of the 7 wonders of the world} is just 45 min away!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Kathy was a delightful host, she fulfilled all of our needs. The beds where comfortable, the water was hot in the shower, the birds and garden are the best I look forward to staying there again!I highly recommend this place
