Unfortunately it's not a 4 Star hotel for sure I'd say a 2 Star, I was very disappointed especially for the price I paid for the room. I'm just going to say I have a compromised immune system after battling breast cancer for the 2nd time so I have to be extra careful in public by wearing a mask and when I travel and stay in a hotel I have to be sure it has great reviews for cleanliness, upon our arrival into our room I wanted to wash up before heading out to dinner when I turned the bathroom light on I immediately noticed a make up mirror attached to the wall. I pulled it out to use it and there were men's whisker hairs all over the mirror. I don't mean one or two I mean lot then as I went to throw a Kleenex away, I noticed under the counter were two watered up pieces of Kleenex in different areas under the sink or counter rather where I'm assuming the previous gentleman cleaned out his nose and just threw the little wads under the counter disgusting then in front of the tub on the floor was a pretty good size piece of glass where I'm assuming somebody broke the glass that was there for water that would've been horrible and I got in the tub or shower and stepped on that barefooted so I thought I'll make a cup of coffee called the front desk. The bottom of the coffee pot was dirty. It had white chalkysubstance on the bottom of the pot as I sat down to call the front desk. There was a couch by the window, where you could see underneath the couch was a pill of I don't know what

Not a great stay for me and my family

The hotel was ok but you had to ask for a microwave, face towels and extra soap! I was very disappointed and the restaurant food was not very good.

This stay started off questionable on our room, but was quickly resolved and better accommodated. Need to offer a wider selection for the breakfast bar and fresher food items. The beds are very comfortable and historical features are well preserved and maintained.

Convenient location, clean, strong AC, surprisingly quiet, decent breakfast (but not worth $20). Only two elevators with max capacity of 5 people each. One of which was not functioning when i visited, and there was a constant line in front of the elevator. Has a small gym. Overall a pleasant stay and I would stay here again.

It was amazing to stay at this pleasant, vintage-style hotel. It was a family vacation tour, and the location is excellent, as most attractions are either within walking distance or a $10-15 minute Uber ride away. They had a great Breakfast, but only from 6:30-9:30.

This hotel is in a convenient location. I was able to easily catch the red line at the Chicago station. It was only a five minute walk. It is very close to Magnificent Mile.

Great location. Very small room, a/c didn't cool well, but room was clean. Hotel is charming in a way, albeit small. The breakfast area in the morning was very congested and a little bit chaotic. Quality of breakfast was very poor. Hot food was cold and bland, very few options - a perk nonetheless since not many downtown hotels offer included breakfast.

Initially the hotel looked great from the outside. The room was nice but small. Breakfast was the best though! The parking situation was a bit confusing. We arrived late night and the young man at the front desk was not clear on where we needed to go so we went around in circles a few times. Location was also great, easy access to many fun places. Price was also very good!
