After spending a few nights in the suburbs with a friend over marathon weekend, I was looking forward to relocating into the city and closer to the action the following week. I knew the area so I felt confident booking based on location. When I checked in on the Monday I was pleasantly surprised at how accurate the photos were and how clean and spacious the apartment was. I was happy to take advantage of the kitchen and use the cookware available. My only knock is that it's up several flights of stairs with no lift access. Having run 42km the day before, it was no easy task getting up and down, especially with luggage. Anyone with disabilities or children (or very sore from running a marathon) may want to consider that, as it's not mentioned. Overall, a solid budget option for a single or couple. I would stay again if I'm back in town for a Cubs game.

Perfect location for a Cubs game! The host was very easy to work with. The apartment had a wonderful location. The neighborhood was very safe and we were comfortable walking everywhere we went. The apartment is a five minute walk to the nearest train station.There is no dedicated parking, but there is a lot two blocks away for 50 a night that we were very pleased withHighly recommend!!

This was a complete disaster for us! Once we booked this location we were messaged several questions such as what brings you to Chicago, name and ages of people that were staying, were asked to give 2-3 photo ids for the online check out portion, then received a phone call and asked my husband what his occupation was!! This should have been our red flag, but it wasn’t. We were suppose to check in at 4… we received a message at 6 o’clock that our room wouldn’t be ready for check in because the person that does the cleaning has an emergency. They tried getting us to go to another location. Our check was suppose to be at 4 and we didn’t get that message until 6. We told them we wanted a refund, and were given the run around. We called our credit card company to stop the charge, and our credit card company said that they had our payment set up for recurring charges! So we really can’t comment on the cleanliness but we can comment on the terrible check in, and the lack of the room being ready! We were close to Chicago and had to make last minute accommodations due to this!

Great communication from the host to questions I had. Quickly responded. Checkin/out instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Apt was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and nice. 10-12 min walk to Wrigley Field. Local grocery store right across the street. Shops/restaurants easily accesible by walking. Parking at property is only permit parking. Had to park in a uparkit parking lot that was about a 3-5 min walk from the apt. Overall, great, small apt.

Overall went well. First time with Vrbo so all the questions before the visit was strange to me. Didn’t get information to get in until right at check in, I’m used to getting that info early in the morning. It was a cute small apartment, just what we needed for our busy weekend in Chicago. Couldn’t really use TV for streaming unless I had a roku account (which I do not). The host was friendly and responded in a reasonable time. Cute and safe neighborhood with a lot to do. Being so close to wrigley field was a plus since we were there for the braves / cubs game.

Perfect location if you are going to Cubs game. Arduous booking process. Should be started at time of reservation not day before/day of arrival. If you have a sensitive occupation this is not for you. Require photo ID and platform used states they share with 3rd parties. No parking on street except for daytime hours. Permit required after 5 pm and overnight. Public lot 1.5 blocks away. Very clean. Would book again if coming for Cubs game.

Clean, well-maintained space. Perfect for one or two people. Professional host, very attentive to my questions (some were silly lol). I was in town for some Cubs games, and this was a 6ish minute walk to the venue, absolutely perfect. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great apartment. It was very clean, well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Close to restaurants, grocery store, Starbucks and Wrigley Field. We could not find any parking on the street where the apartment is. I do recommend that you get in touch with the property owners couple of days prior to your visit because there is a vetting process prior to getting the keys to the apartment.

The location, cleanliness and kitchen were very nice. We had issues with the shower, no WiFi, toilet seat not fully attached and the air conditioner on the hottest day. Things were quickly addressed except the WiFi. The location was absolutely perfect with many things around including a grocery store and many restaurants. They fixed the backed up shower but the water barely trinkled in. I went to my daughters to shower and use WiFi. Other than those couple of things it was great. Can’t say enough about the perfect location for us. Communications were always quickly responded to.

Beautiful Chicago Property

We had a phenomenal stay at this adorable property. Nestled in a quaint neighborhood walking distance to Wrigley Field, great restaurants and even a very convenient grocery store for the little items you make need during your stay.The condo is nicely furnished and conformable with all the convivences of home. Check in and check out is super easy. The host was wonderful when communicating to us, before, during and after our stay. If we are ever in Chicago again, we will definitely make this our go to place to stay.

Great location

Very comfortable space. Only thing is no dresser to unpack, there is space in the laundry room and the area underneath the TV. The one shade in the living room didn’t seem to close fully. All that being said re-booked for my next trip in a couple of weeks.
