The staff seemed unclear on my prepaid booking - first they said it included parking (which I thought was true), then they asked for a $250 credit card hold (which seemed strange for a prepaid room) and in the morning when I checked out - they said they could not print receipt but that I would get it by email (which as of almost six hours later I still have not seen). It will be interesting to see what I was actually charged.

The first room had to be changed out because it was full of cigarette smoke and and smelled horribly. The second room was on the side of the metra and purple line and was noisy until 3am both nights.

Room is clean. Check-in was smooth. Location is little tricky as next to local rail track. Buffet Breakfast was fine. Could be slightly better but overall ok. The guy working at the Breakfast was taking care of everything very well. $18 parking is acceptable. If you are staying less than 12 hours, ask as the list price says, $12.

Staff was very friendly. It was a holiday weekend, and the hotel was super clean. Very quiet in the halls, except for someone down the hall who doesn't know how to close a door without slamming it.Would like a quick muffin or piece of fruit to get the morning started rather than going into the restaurant.

The hotel was in rough condition. The parking garage was full of leaks which left huge puddles of water and ice near parking spaces. The elevator connecting the garage to the hotel was down. The room where breakfast was served needed renovations and finally I had flea bites when I returned home.
