The staff was polite and courteous throughout the check-in process, which I appreciated. However, the check-in itself was exceedingly slow. It appeared that one staff member may have been in training, and while that’s understandable, the process became inconvenient—especially for guests who were tired and waiting in line. At the time, there were only two staff members present, with one assisting the other, which contributed to the delay.
The room was clean, but it was clear that it is older and could benefit from some updates. In particular, the bathtub showed noticeable signs of rust.
Breakfast was good.
