The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful. There are two good restaurants and a Lawson in the building and many more restaurants and stores nearby. If you are attending a convention at the Makuhari Messe or going to a baseball game, it is very convenient. It is rather far from the most popular areas of Tokyo, about an hour by public transit.

This hotel was across the street from the Makuhari Messe Convention Center, with a convenient sky bridge. There were 2 Lawson's convenient stores, on the 1st and 2nd floors offering much needed food and late night drink options. There is even a bus stop in front to the airport, much more affordable than a taxi. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was a good size for Westerners.

4 night stay

The staff was great & handled the check in for a large convention well. I was there for 4 nights and got new towels each day and a full cleaning on the 3rd day. However, the rooms are in a dire need of a rehab. The couch in my room was ripped and stained. I would suggest changing from a tub/shower combo to just a shower. The water from the shower head would hit the shelf at the back of the tub and puddle on the floor.

The first night we stayed here they gave us the wrong room from what we ordered, showed them the reservation in hand and they didn’t care, and made anti foreigner comments In Japanese like we wouldn’t know what they were staying. After getting the ring around until 2am local time we were given the hotel we ordered. The right room its self was clean and comfortable. Area is close to a lot of food and things to do and within walking distance to a train station. Won’t stay here again but the area I would.

The staff are extremely kind, helpful and friendly. The luggage holding service was nice so we continued activities after checkout and prior to leaving Chiba. Convenience to convention center was perfect. The many restaurants on property are small and the food was adequate. Eat elsewhere. The bathroom in our room was elevated; you had to step up and into the bathroom. This was not good, as we felt it necessary to sleep with that light on so as not to trip and fall out of the bathroom at night.

I had heard Apa hotels had small rooms but not the size of a broom closet and the bathroom is like the ones in an airplane I guess if you’re by yourself it’s fine but not 2 people on the plus side there’s lots of restaurants and 2 lawsons on property which is very convenient

The building looks cool outside and theres a bus available at 6am that goes to Narita. Skybar is really good. They have a transparent elevator. Rooms are very old, like hospital and it smells like pee. No receptionist to answer you in the morning.

This hotel is beautiful and MASSIVE!! We stayed here for 6 nights and had a great experience! They offer a super convenient shuttle service to the train station at no cost. The limousine bus to and from Narita and Haneda airport are paid service for affordable. (But the bus schedule ends early, around 6pm I believe, so we didn’t have the opportunity to ride from the airport since our flight arrived later.) The staff were helpful, and always ready with a smile. This property was across the beach, so our kiddos loved that. The only downside was that, the hotel location is quite far from all the attractions we did. Disney, TeamLap, Kidzania, Sakura district, Tokyo tower etc. (They’re all over 1.5 by train) But we were able to still move around because the train station from the hotel is walkable! If you’re looking for a more quiet stay, and don’t mind hopping from one train to another then this will be the right place for you!
