The elevator had dog urine on the floor. Housekeeping tried to come in our room at 7:30 am and jolted us out of bed. Then my husband tripped over our suitcase, fell and skinned his knees and pulled a muscle in his back. The same lady tried to come in and clean our room two more times while we were still in there. The lady at the front desk did not offer to give us a refund. I contacted Travelocity to try and get a refund and they would not help us either. They said the hotel would not answer the phone therefore they couldn’t give us a refund.

The couch was worn and dirty. There are not many restaurants near. I got charged extra for something. Not sure what charge is for. Rooms window was facing a wall. Asked if we could move to room with a window with a view. Not able to. Small Styrofoam cups for coffee. Breakfast was basic.

Check was easy, bed was comfortable and breakfast was very good pancakes, bacon, eggs & potatoes along with bagels, toast or cereal. Coffee available 24 hours in the lobby. Close to the highway but it didn’t keep me awake.

Our room was facing the side near the freeway and a busy street and was unbearably noisy!! The breakfast was terrible. The bacon was thin and the eggs did not appear to be real. The bagels were dry, and it was the same meal 3 days in a row. The last day they changed from bacon to terrible sausage. Needed more choices such as hot oatmeal and waffles. I will not be booking with La Quinta Inns ever again!!

This hotel was disappointing. We never saw a pool. The room was dirty. There was a hair on the shower wall, something smeared on the door facing, and a lot of unfinished cleaning. The room we were assigned needed a lot of finishing work on the inside, and the door did not shut or lock properly. There were a lot of things in the room that needed to be.finished and repaired.

The hotel was in a good location …the front desk lady was not friendly almost to the point of being rude…the beds were comfortable but the shower was very slippery and I took a horrible fall out of the shower…parking was easy and safe
