The area is in a very sketchy part of town and the parking lot was full of vagrants asking for money, cigarettes and other things. They were constantly coming into the hotel lobby asking to stay or use the restroom or get water. Breakfast was cold powder eggs or a bagel or apple.

The hotel the grounds were littered with trash. There was a man right outside of the lobby that was strung out on drugs. Driving around the building behind the hotel was 7-8 men loitering. Safety was definitely an issue. Never checked in because we did not feel safe.

Non smoking? Almost every "tenant " smokes weed IN their rooms. People screaming and fighting in the halls. Extremely dangerous. First floor smelled of urine from homeless peeing in the bushes! Idk how this place is legally open and operating. You couldn't pay me enough to stay here again. Complete filth.its obvious the owners rent to section 8 and accept vouchers. And charge good travelers $70 per night!
