I am very picky when it comes to staying at a hotel. This met all my expectations. The room was very clean , the complimentary breakfast was great and the staff was friendly.

Firepit is nice would be great if they had more to enjoy so you don’t have to share with strangers Would be nice to have adult only swim time or hot tub for adults only- way too many kids for me in pool and hot tub is small so you can’t enjoy space as adult with kids like that. Also rooms could use a deep clean for showers and better water pressure we were on third floor Breakfast was really good and size of rooms Were good — safe area and pretty courtyard

The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Parking was a bit of a problem. I found a small bug in my room - I looked it up it was a carpet beetle, I didnt see amy others. Pool and spa was nice. Breakfast was adequate. There was no place to put used dishes, I assume you just leave them on the tables?

We had an issue with the heat in our room. The customer service staff was very responsive to our issue and sent out a rep to fix it. When they realized they could not fix it, they rectified the situation with a new room at no cost to us. They went out of their way to make sure our family was comfortable. We can’t recommend this location enough!
