— Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
— You have to follow Charlotte noise ordinance and make no noise after 9:00pm.

Very nice place- was the perfect place to stay at for our PNC concert. House was clean and in a nice area. We had all the info we needed prior to our arrival. I would recommend! A word of advice though if you stay there for a concert- go early to the show. It was only 1.5 miles or so to the venue but the traffic was terrible and it took almost an hour!

Great space so close to campus! Very clean. Kitchen has everything we needed to cook most of our meals there. The host, David, was excellent at communicating. We plan to stay there again when we come back next year.I had lots of questions ahead of time and David answered them all so I was prepared for our trip. We were very busy when we were there so it was nice not to have to figure things out once we got there.

David was the most responsive host I've ever been involved with. The house is very clean and comfortable. The only reason I gave it a 4 on online listing accuracy is it says sleeps 6.... There is a king bed in the main br, a queen in the 2nd br and a queen pull out sofa in the LR, so technically 6 could sleep there but they'd have to be real friendly with each other. We had multiple dogs and David accommodated us with just an extra cleaning fee for the extra dogs. All in all, a very nice stay for our 5 day dog show! Love the counter top ice maker! Thanks David!

My stay was absolutely amazing. The host him and his wife is fast at responding, they make your stay even better than you think. The house is so clean and have everything you may need for your stay. The back yard is so cozy and fenced in. The area is nice and everyone is very friendly in the area. This place is a Home away from Home 5 star and more. It’s a plus. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to call home on your vacation or just a little getaway, this is the place to rent. Will rent again
