Place was wonderful!! Beautiful decor and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again every time we come to visit our son who lives just a mile away. Nice , quiet area, loved relaxing on deck and had nice place to enjoy visiting with our son.

What a beautiful, cozy, well done rental!! From the welcoming living room entry point to the charming balcony overlooking the back yard, this two bedroom, one bath, eat in kitchen property provided all the conveniences and joy of home. All amenities provided were clean, modern and in good condition. Host contact (which was not needed for anything) was professional and prompt. I would definitely stay here again!

A very thoughtfully appointed VRBO- comfy beds, nice linens, great fluffy towels. Impressively planned ceiling fans in the bedrooms, extra countertop icemaker in case you need. The Owner quickly responded when I had a random question about the area. Great location relative to Concord, Harrisburg, and Kannapolis. Put this one on the top of your list.

We travel to concord a lot through the year and have been staying in hotels. Finally decided to do a house as it’s better for a baby. This house was wonderful. It’s a nice area. Even being across from part of the college the noise wasn’t terrible. It’s nice a cozy, tvs in all rooms. Bonus there was a nugget ice maker! Super clean and organized. We will definitely bring staying again throughout next year as the price is reasonable as well!

Great location

Buddy of mine and I rented this location in June for an event that we had at Cabarrus event center. The apartment was so well appointed, so clean, and so comfortable. It was an especially hot weekend, and the AC worked so well. The TV in the living room was awesome! The bathroom and kitchen were so clean. Lastly, the beds were SUPER comfortable, got some amazing sleep both nights. Highly recommended this unit, and the owners were so helpful, and very responsive. Would absolutely stay here again.
