Everything was great. It was as advertised, and actually a little roomier than expected! Well-maintained, clean, and we enjoyed the open kitchen as well as balcony. The location turned out to be great: just a few minutes' drive to the highway but within a modest walking distance to "downtown", e.g. the City Market. Local coffee shops were great, incl. Holey City Bagels, and don't miss the half price Wagyu smashburger on Monday's across the street at Bistronomy! Only knock is the noise--Spring St. can get busy with traffic, including morning garbage trucks. And there's some construction (as of March) a few blocks away that will likely continue for a few months. It's the city, so noise is to be expected. Overall: great experience, we will definitely consider again if we go back!

Good experience

I had a good experience overall. However, we didn’t have a shower for part of the time. The door knob kept on coming off one of the rooms which was difficult. So there is some inconveniences in the stay. Including we didn’t never got our check-in information. But the place was really nice and the location was really nice.

Great place, tight parking

Good value here. Location is good and safe. Great bar next door called BTW and also a bodega on the same block. Book it. You won’t be disappointed. The smaller the car the better.

It was an absolutely amazing property!

This property was in the best location. We parked and never drove again. We walked everywhere. The decor was amazing, the beds were so comfy, the showers were wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for a better rental.

Very cool spot!

Look no further if you’re looking for a short walk to downtown Charleston! This location was perfect with plenty to do and see in the area. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Great location and decor!

Perfect location for our first time in Charleston. Walkable to a lot of bars/restaurants/shops and a short drive away from everything else. Amazing to have parking on premises, made it much easier to get out and explore vs. a hotel/valet. Loved the decor inside, very comfortable space to relax in.

Awesome Stay

I visited Charleston with a group of friends for a birthday trip, and this was the perfect spot to stay. The unit had plenty of beds that were all very comfortable. The entire place was stylish and clean. We loved the contrast of the modern decor with the historic architecture. The place is located in a super walkable area of town. There was a nice bakery/coffee place right around the corner and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Scoping out Charleston for possible move

Good location to see Charleston as well as easy to drive to see other areas outside of downtown. House very nice, lots of space for the four in our family, and could have easily had space for 3 more people.. Beds comfy, great pillows!

Stylish spot in great location

We had a great two night stay at this stylish space that is just seconds from all the nightlife on King street and an easy stroll from great shopping and dining. Well appointed and David was terrific to deal with and very organized. Cool spot!

Location is amazing, next to King Street and right by all shops and restaurants. House was cute and clean. Above all the host was just great, prompt to respond and make sure we were doing good. Very recommended ! We will be back

Amazing and convenient

This place is amazing!!! Everything you could need or want was there! It was super clean, decorated very cute and cozy and super convenient to everywhere in Charleston. We would definitely stay here again and David was wonderful and was an excellent host and communication was wonderful. Loved everything!!!❤️❤️❤️

Stellar Property

Had a great time at this Spring Street location with our 3 year old and our parents. It's in a great spot. A few blocks from North King Street where you'll find some awesome restaurants etc. Great tapas place two blocks east. Home was equipped with everything you need. The porch is awesome when the temperature drops a little bit and you can sit out there and have coffee. David was super responsive to any questions/concerns. All in all a great property I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was very clean, with high-end appliances and amenities. Very clean and comfortable beds. Great owner communication throughout the stay. The location was great with an easy walk to King Street dining and shops.

Stylish place in a good location

The apartment was beautiful and very well-designed, with a spacious inside and a porch area as an added bonus. The self check-in process was easy, and the place was very clean. It's walking distance to many great restaurants and shops, including several on the same street or just around the corner. There were a couple of odd things. The two bedrooms that shared a bathroom did not have any mirrors or dresser/vanity type areas in the rooms themselves, just in the shared bathroom. The a/c also kept resetting itself to 78-80 degrees at random times. We unfortunately had some noise issues from the busy street, nearby construction going late into the night, and a loud group downstairs. However, David was responsive and helpful, and there were white noise machines provided in the rooms which was a nice touch. Overall a very high-quality, fun, and well-located place to stay.
