Front desk person was very nice. Breakfast was ok, standard hotel food. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. It would be nice to have standard size pillows, they provide the smaller ones. I’ve noticed that many hotels are using smaller pillows now, which is awful. The entire hotel needs refurbished as the furniture is old and wearing. Price was fairly reasonable, maybe just a bit too much. This was higher priced for similar stays I’ve had.

the room was very clean! the housekeeping, food area were kind & courteous. Unfortunately, I had an adjoining room door & awoke one night to a terrible domestic squabble happening in the room next door. I ended up turning my tv up real loud to a babbling brook, nature show...and they stopped their squabble or I drowned them out...idk. There was a problem with smoke smell in the bathroom the first morning...possibly someone was smoking in their bathroom near me and it came in through the vents but I did report that and never smelled the cigarette smoke again. The drywall right above the shower head had an odd, opening with rust...I had already reported the smoke issue the day before & a problem with the microwave being on when I entered the room my 2nd or 3rd day so I was not about to let them know their was another thing that I noticed. I was a female and was alone. did not want any problems to arise before I checked out. Not paranoid, just strange things. I felt that if If I reported another issue the annoyed 20 something girl at the front desk, the afternoon I came in and reported the microwave was "on" when I came in after being gone for quite some time, might cause a greater problem for me. The wiring for the microwave plug was definitely faulty and the young lady on her cell phone, airpods, and looking @PC seemed rather annoyed I was bothering her at the front desk. 20 somethings...what can you do. She was probably getting paid to study for college exams. Bless her

We had a marvelous stay with our suite and good breakfast items. Our room was not the suite I booked on Expedia and had to request a move. It was no problem for the desk host to accomodate . The breakfast staff were sweet and provided a variety each day and the cleaning crew stayed busy and were respectful.
