Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 3-bedroom house in Ajijic. This fabulous home offers a comfortable space for guests to relax and unwind. The single bathroom is perfect for refreshing after a day of exploring, which has been recently renovated. Inside, you’ll find thoughtful touches like a hair dryer and an iron to make your stay easier. Whether you’re cooking up a meal or just lounging, the atmosphere feels warm and inviting. Guests will love the balance of cozy living and practical features throughout. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. It also has a cozy and relaxing patio.

Bedrooms one and three have a king-size bed each. The middle bedroom is perfect for kids with 2 twin-size beds, which is open to the living area. Just a friendly reminder, the water is not potable in Mexico. But that’s in every town in Mexico, not exclusive to Ajijic. I provide standard cooking utensils, and you provide all the food you want to cook. There’s a convenience store just a few feet away with most things you’ll need, including milk, bread, oil, coffee, water, veggies, etc.

New water heater installed in June 2026.
