Apartment of 100 m2 + 18 m2 terrace facing Mont-Blanc, on the first floor of an elegant residence, extremely well designed avoiding the noise pollution of the city center of Chamonix, to rent for the full winter season and for week.

The living room is open, modern and chic with its fully equipped kitchen, its dining area which can comfortably accommodate 8 people, its lounge with chaise longue, armchair, plasma screen and heated electric fireplace, all with a bay window with pocket giving light and access to the 18 m2 terrace overlooking Mont-Blanc, very quiet.
3 bedrooms in total: 6 people
2 bedrooms with wardrobes, en-suite shower room (160 x 200 bed and 1 with 2 90 x 200 beds) and the third (140 x 200 bed) has a large room bathroom (Japanese toilet, shower and bath) with SAUNA, ideal after a great day of skiing or mountain.

Magnificent “Maison de Vacances” curtains ( famous french brand) have just been installed and make the apartment extremely warm in addition to its comfort and practicality.
Being in the city center of Chamonix is perfect for those who want to enjoy the cinema, cafes, restaurants, shops, without worrying about finding a parking space!
In the basement of the residence, the apartment has its large private ski room with ski boot heater and 1 private parking space.
