Konum olarak Alaçatı çarşı ve çoğu yere yakın olsa da temizlik ve hizmet konusunda maalesef sınıfta kalmış bir yer. Uygun fiyatlı diye tercih ettik fakat temizliği gerçekten kötüydü. Sabah verilen kahvaltı çok yetersiz aç kaldık diyebilirim. Havuzun temizlendiğini görmedim. Havuz genel olarak fena değildi ama temiz diyemem.Çalışanlar kibar ve samimiydi fakat biz genel olarak konaklamamızdan memnun kalmadık. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

Resepsiyondaki esmer hanımefendi ismini maalesef hatırlamıyorum çok tatlı çok nazik biri ve çok ilgiliydi otel görünüş olarak çok güzel fakat temizlik konusunda maalesef aynı düşüncede değilim havlular felaket derecede pis kokuyordu ve yattığımız odanın başlığında tozlar vardı bir tek onlar rahatsız etti yoksa her şey güzeldi

gayet güzel bir deneyimdi. tek sorun kalacağımız yer ile resepsiyon ve kahvaltının bulunduğu kısım birbirinden ayrı, bu durum belirtilmemişti ama arkadaşlar arayınca hemen yardımcı oldu 2dakikalık yürüme mesafesi vardı. havuz fotoğraflarda daha büyük gözüküyor, biz konaklarken kimse kullanmadı sorun yaşamadık ama kalabalık zamanlarda çok iç içe olunur o problem. oda gayet yeterliydi televizyon internete bağlıydı. yarı mutfak alanı bardak çatal kaşık tabak vs mevcut elektrikli ocak da var ama kullanmadık. çarşıya yürüme mesafesi 8 10dk genel olarak memnun kaldık. kahvaltısı gayet yeterliydi tekrar geliriz.

In genereal everything was very nice and i would recommend it. But there was a strange Problem with credit card after we gave our credit card details while booking. Hours later we were charged by Temu in turkish currency. Obviously there is a connection. We had the credit card blocked immediatly.

Hotels sayesinde keşfettiğimiz otelden çok memnun kaldık, çalışanlar güler yüzlü, ilgili, kahvaltıları ve yemekleri de gayet lezzetliydi. Bizim tek sıkıntımız bebek için bir park yatak ve restoranda mama sandalyesi olmamasıydı. Çocuk kabul edilen bir otelde kesinlikle olması gereken bir detay. Eğer olsaydı çok daha konforlu olurduk. Tesisin yeniliğini, belki de şimdiye kadar hiç çocuklu misafir ağırlamamış olabileceğini düşünerek inşallah bir sonraki gidişimizde bunların mevcutta hazır olmasını diliyorum.
