If you want to stay near the Split and lots of restaurants and shops, this place is perfect. Security guard during the night. He also gave my husband and I a ride to the water taxi after his shift. Room is small with a mini fridge and no microwave but I knew that before. Private balcony is a plus.

This was a great hotel in Caye Caulker. The staff was attentive and very friendly. The property itself is clean and in a perfect location. The only downside is this side of the island is covered in sargassum so you can’t enjoy the water across the street. Don’t let that deter you from choosing this hotel though. There are more than enough places to go to enjoy all the beautiful water that Belize has to offer. We highly recommend staying here as we are already planning our next stay.

This was the third time I have stayed at Jan’s. I highly recommend it. The staff is wonderful, always willing to help you with anything you need. The rooms are spotless, and have both AC and fans. Bottled water is supplied daily. An excellent hotel.

We have stayed a couple times here. We really like the location. There were a lot of ants all over the floor and counters in bathroom that’s my only complaint. Otherwise we like it here
