Villa Bellavista - Homelike Villas

On the Chianti hills, facing the Arno valley, Villa Bellavista enjoys a unique view and an extraordinary view of the Patromagno mountains.
Obtained from a typical Tuscan farmhouse, the residence can offer hospitality up to 8 people thanks to its 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.
Among olive groves, vineyards and woods, you will be kidnapped by a short dirt road that will take you directly to the property surrounded by its large garden with terrace. The house has large open spaces and an equipped leachate that suggests its identity and has always marked its history. Under this space you can spend hours in company and organize convivial moments with family or friends. You will find a table with chairs and a barbecue for outdoor dining but also the right refreshment on hot summer days.
Going down a few steps you can dive into the large outdoor swimming pool which measures 15 meters long by 5 meters wide and a depth ranging from one meter to two and a half meters, from where you can see some typical villages of the area, including Gaiole, Montevarchi and other realities of the Tuscan countryside more or less known but all absolutely interesting to visit and explore.
Outside the large terracotta terrace you can also sit on a sofa with wicker armchairs, a real relaxation area right at the entrance of one of the two sides of the house overlooking the olive grove. In the large garden, other spaces for recreation and entertainment are at your complete disposal, such as a pergola under which you can enjoy a game of ping pong, or a small terrace that you can use to enjoy a good reading alone.
Inside the house it is very welcoming and hospitable. The stylish furnishings, the beams on the ceiling, the terracotta floors and the open spaces thanks to a game of brick arches, are the real welcome to Villa Bellavista. In the large living room you can also sit on a comfortable sofa with an armchair placed in front of a large stone fireplace. In the kitchen you will find everything you need: oven, refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, pots and utensils
In the sleeping area, stone walls and other fascinating details will convey serenity, making you feel truly at home. In the rooms you will find double beds and twin beds that are easily convertible but also wardrobes and dressers and doors that will lead you directly outside, or to the terrace or garden, as all rooms have a furnished terrace or patio.
The organization of the structure is practically overturned: you enter on the first floor and go down to the ground floor where there are two bedrooms and a living room.
The property accepts pets. The farmhouse is part of a farm where horse riding can also be practiced. Less than ten kilometers away you will find a freshwater lake, a mini golf course and a botanical rose garden.
The major centers of interest in the area are Siena, Florence and Arezzo, all less than an hour's drive away, but we advise you to take the opportunity to discover the Val d'Arno, a truly authentic reality of Tuscany, a region between the most beautiful in Italy.

The price includes:
Electricity, gas and water consumption, bed linens and a set of 3 towels per person (big, medium and small) without the change during the stay, use of the swimming pool, the gardens with barbecue, tennis court, Gym and free parking place.
