This hotel was perfect, would highly recommend! The location was quiet yet a short walking distance to the centre. The hotel was clean, the check in process was smooth and the bedroom was spotless, stylish and incredibly comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was exactly as described and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel in the center of Platja D'Aro. The rooms are spacious and with all modern comfort. We had a room with a private terrace; just a short walk to the swimming pool. Nice swimming pool area with very good restaurant. We enjoyed our stay and certainly will come back!

The location is great, the pool is just lovely, a really nice vibe 😊 super clean throughout. The rooms are small the layout means you are always walking around the beds but all in all we had a great stay!

Everything was great

So happy I chose this hotel! The value for money was superb before high season. Everything was new and clean and room was comfortable. Perfect location to walk everywhere: bus station, beach, restaurants, shops. Staff was friendly. I would recommend the buffet breakfast with great selection of sweet and savoury food.

Amazing place

My friend and I spent a weekend here and had the most lovely time. The hotel is beautiful and so lovely, the facilities are clean, always smell good and the staff was very friendly. We spent our first afternoon by the pool and even had some sangria thanks to the bar there. Again the service was great. We only had a tiny issue with our room and that was with the AC who didn’t work at first, thankfully we just called the front desk and they were able to reset it without even needing to come up ! The underground parking is also clean and safe which was a huge plus for us. It’s also close walk to everything so no need to take the car out during the stay! Truly if you want a nice place to stay, this is it.

Fabulous modern hotel with lovely staff

Had a lovely stay at Silken Hotel. Beautiful hotel, and spotlessly clean throughout. Pool area was very nice and chilled. Had a ongoing issue with the air conditioning in our room which the lovely front desk staff were really helpful and patient with. We eventually asked to change rooms and were moved without any fuss whatsoever. Breakfast was good, plenty of selection. 5 minute walk to the beach, the pool area was so nice we never wanted to go to the beach. Loads of nice restaurants and bars very near by. Worth paying a bit extra for a pool view room. Would recommend this hotel in a flash. The staff are a credit to it.

Beds fit for royalty, spacious modern rooms, and gorgeous terraces — this hotel screams luxury
 until you meet the air conditioning. In the middle of August, with 42°C outside, the AC was locked at 23°C. At 3 a.m., I found myself begging the front desk to make it cooler so my 9-month-old baby could sleep. They “generously” reset it to 20°C. For a hotel this fancy, I didn’t expect to have to negotiate for cold air.

Exceptional

From the moment you walk through the glass doors and breathe in the new fresh aroma of this 4 star retreat, you are in relaxed mode with a capital R. This hotel is a class act and due to the number of rooms it also has an intimate feel as during June there were only a shall number sharing the bar and pool area. I would recommend holiday makers spend more on the poolside rooms available as our one regret was not doing this. The towels should be left in situ however as there is no need to change them every day even when we left them on the hooks but this is the only bit of advice we could provide as everything was PERFECT! We hope to be back in October and we wish the hotel every success as they embark on their new venture!!!!

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour Ă  l’hĂŽtel. Notre rĂ©servation s’est parfaitement dĂ©roulĂ©e et l’ensemble de l’expĂ©rience a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©able. La piscine est apprĂ©ciable et suffisante pour cette pĂ©riode de l’annĂ©e. En revanche, nous pensons qu’en pleine saison estivale elle peut sembler un peu juste au vu de l’affluence. Il serait Ă©galement souhaitable de veiller Ă  l’utilisation des transats : ils sont peu nombreux et certaines personnes les rĂ©servent toute la journĂ©e sans les utiliser, ce qui est dommage pour les autres clients. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait trĂšs bon, variĂ© et de qualitĂ©. Nous tenons Ă©galement Ă  souligner la gentillesse, le professionnalisme et la disponibilitĂ© du personnel, toujours serviable et agrĂ©able. Il est possible de se garer gratuitement dans les rues aux alentours, ce qui est un vrai plus. Nous avions une chambre cĂŽtĂ© rue et, malgrĂ© cela, nous n’avons Ă©tĂ© gĂȘnĂ©s par aucun bruit. Seul petit point de dĂ©ception : le supplĂ©ment de 10 € par nuit demandĂ© pour bĂ©nĂ©ficier d’un lit double plutĂŽt que de deux lits simples. Das Parkhaus sieht aus wie eine Tropfsteinhöhle mit schwarzem Schimmel an den WĂ€nden. Dementsprechend roch auch unser Auto die ganzen Tage. Der Schimmelgeruch war im Hotel gut zu riechen, obwohl irgendwelche DĂŒfte versprĂŒht wurden. Unser Zimmer im ersten Stock roch daher unangenehm. Bei ErwĂ€hnung an der Rezeption hieß es nur, ich rieche nichts und es hat sich noch keiner beschwert. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, der Fernseher hatte immer wieder SignalausfĂ€lle. Heißes Wasser zum Duschen kam erst gefĂŒhlt nach 10 Minuten, dadurch unnötiger Wasserverbrauch. Das Bett war bequem. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war okay, ein bisschen Abwechslung wĂ€re schön gewesen. Wer gerne Tee trinkt, sollte seinen eigenen mitbringen. Das Personal war freundlich.

HĂŽtel bien placĂ©, la literie est bonne, les chambres bien insonorisĂ©es. PossibilitĂ© de parking payant en sous-sol, un peu cher (prĂ©voir 17€/jour). Sinon, parking aĂ©rien juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© et gratuit. Petit dĂ©jeuner continental avec un large choix de plats sucrĂ©s, salĂ©s. Un seul bĂ©mol : la qualitĂ© des thĂ©s qui laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer.
