Or visit one of the good restaurants in the area. The owner, who lives next door, will be happy to advise you. And if you want to get active, you can go trekking and biking in the Casentino Nature Park. There is an outdoor swimming pool in Talla (5 km), or you can play golf near Poppi (20 km). The Casentino offers something for every taste: Medieval castles, spiritual monasteries (Camaldoli and La Verna , about 35km), nice hill towns like Bibbiena and Poppi (15-20 km); churches and museums; stroll around Arezzo especially when the big antiques market takes place there on the first weekend of every month - (25 km); Siena and Florence (90 km) can be reached within an hour's drive; at Capolona (6 km) you will find shops of all kinds, trattorias, bars, and a colourful weekly market.
