VILLA LAVINIA 1 is a spacious apartment nestled in the peaceful Ligurian hills, ideal for those seeking a relaxing stay in close contact with nature, just a few minutes from the sea and the wonders of the Eastern Riviera.

Upon entering the apartment, guests are welcomed by a bright living area, featuring a modern open-plan kitchen fully equipped, a dining table, and a comfortable leather sofa. The space is cleverly organized: a practical half-height wall separates the kitchen from the relaxation area, where a TV and a double sofa bed create a cozy and intimate environment (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa). The entrance French door leads to the large terrace, a true haven of peace overlooking the surrounding hills, perfect for enjoying the outdoors, sipping morning coffee, or dining al fresco immersed in nature. The sleeping area includes two spacious double bedrooms, tastefully furnished and equipped with wardrobes and dressers for convenient storage. The apartment also features two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and shower, designed to meet the needs of all guests.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment has a private uncovered parking space within the residential area.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Located in Casarza Ligure, in a quiet yet strategic position, the apartment offers a convenient base to visit Sestri Levante and the wonders of the Eastern Riviera. The center of Sestri Levante, just a few minutes away by car, is a charming maze of picturesque alleys filled with artisan shops, characteristic boutiques, and cozy trattorias offering the authentic flavors of Ligurian cuisine. Sea lovers can discover unforgettable beaches just a short distance away: the quiet Riva Trigoso (6 km), with its clear waters and fine sand; the Baia delle Favole (7 km), a lovely inlet surrounded by greenery; and the famous Baia del Silenzio (8 km), one of the most beautiful spots in Liguria, where colorful houses reflect on the turquoise sea. Nature and trekking lovers will enjoy the scenic walk to Punta Manara, which offers spectacular coastal views amidst cliffs and Mediterranean scents. How to get there:

By car, from the A12/E80 motorway take the Sestri Levante exit and continue on the SS523 towards Casarza Ligure. Set the GPS and reach the property in about 10 minutes.

By train, from Sestri Levante FS station, take bus 750 towards Varese L. and get off at “Casarza Centro.” The last 3 kilometers to the property are not served by local public transport.
