Beautiful and quiet house located next to the sea, in front of the beach, surrounded by natural protected area, an area where you can enjoy relaxation and moments of leisure, practicing water sports such as skay surfing, Wing surfing, kayaking, fishing height as river, hiking, as well as the possibility of practicing golf in any of its fields. El Rompido is well known for its gastronomy, you can enjoy it in the innumerable restaurants that the area offers.

The house consists of a beautiful garden of about 700 m2 by the garden is accessed to the house with space available to park at least 2 vehicles, door of carriages with remote control. It is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles, each bedroom has fans silent ceiling operated by remote control if as air conditioning throughout the rooms of the house. 2 units of bathroom + a toilet, 2 units of living room one on the ground floor and another on the first floor with stunning views. The house is equipped with all kinds of comforts so that during your stay you will be at home.

    A beautifully decorated and well equipped property. Made very welcome by Marisa and her appointed agent. El Rompido is a lovely town, quiet but plenty of good restaurants.

    Déçus

    Surpris tout d'abord, car aucun état des lieux d'entrée n'est effectué ! Bel emplacement et belle maison en exterieur. Mais malheureusement nous avons cohabités avec des grosses blattes qui se trouvaient dans les placards de la cuisine, la vaisselle est sur des étagères, à la poussiere et moyennement propre . Cafetière italienne à l'ancienne, grille pain trés vieux et sale, micro ondes ancien. Tous les coussins extérieurs que l'on voit sur les photos avaient disparus... Les interieurs du dressing etait poussiereux avec des cheveux noirs dans le tiroirs et l'ouverture de la porte fenetre pour retirer l'odeur d'humidité a déplacé des cheveux qui se trouvaient sous le lit, ce qui montre que le ménage n'est pas fait à fond aprés chaque locataire. Odeur d'humidité au rez de chaussé dans la chambre que l'on essaye de masquer avec des produits dans les prises. En conclusion a part la situation, la cour exterieur et une vue agreable du salon du haut. Nous avons été trés décus car la cuisine en particulier nous a rebutée par le manque d'hygiène avec les bêtes , la vaisselle a la poussière, les poéles teflon completement rayées et sales, la plaque chauffante abimée qui marche mal a cause des poeles trop abimées. Nous avons du mangé en exterieur. Le rez de chaussé ne comporte aucun rideau ce qui est gênant pour l'intimité et pas de tire bouchon trouvé !! Nous ne retournerons pas dans cette location. Il ne suffit pas de mettre un coup de peinture blanche sur les murs, pour que l'on se sente bien dans une location, il faut respecter ses hôtes en leur apportant la propreté et le confort.
