Loved our stay at Coralina from start to finish.
Very clear communication from the beginning about transport to the island, and the process of taking the boat to the island and checking-in was seamless.
The rooms were spotless, and very generously sized. The fans and AC kept the rooms at a comfortable level, but were also quiet enough to not affect our sleep.
There seemed to be twice as many staff as guests, so whenever we needed anything, staff went out of their way to look after us. Particularly Erika, who was incredible. At the end of our stay when we were dropped off in Cartagena (and after Erika had finished work) she saw us struggling with taxis and spent an extra 10 minutes ensuring that we found a driver who wasn't going to overcharge us.
The food and drink at the hotel was the same price as restaurants in the Old City in Cartagena, which is very reasonable considering the extra work involved in keeping a stock of fresh food on the island. There was also no charge for drinking water, which is unusual for Cartagena.
Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer - 3 days were good but we could have spent a week or more here. Highly recommended.
