Tuve una experiencia desagradable, desde la recepción pésimo servicio al cliente. El mal olor y las Cucarachas en la habitación era tal que no logré dormir en toda la noche, el aire acondicionado no funcionó. al parecer me dieron la peor de las habitaciones así que decidí hacer un video y fotos para evitar que futuros viajeros pasen por lo mismo. Espero que Expedia saque este hotel que no tiene nada bueno que ofrecer.

Not what it used to be

I stayed here a couple of years ago and the place was really nice now its starting to become a run down building and the maintenance is lacking. The handle cover was missing, no mirror on the door and a bunch of little things. The overall building was subpar. I wont be coming back here anytime soon.

DO NOT STAY HERE. NO HOT WATER AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND. MY 1ST TIME IN CARTAGENA AND THIS PLACE RUINED MY VACATION. TOWELS WERE STAINED, I USED MY TRAVEL TOWEL. THE REFRIGERATOR IS SO DIRTY OR RUSTED. THEY NEVER HAD BASIC HOT DRINKS THE 2TIMES I WENT DOWN THERE FOR BREAKFAST. ON CHECK IN, YOU WON'T GET NO INFORMATION ABOUT LOCATION OF BREAKFAST AND WIFI . I NEEDED THE WI-FI WHEN MY MINUTES RAN OUT, AND IT DID NOT WORK IN THE ROOM. NO ENGLISH SPEAKERS AND IT'S FAR FROM THE TOURIST AREA. THEY CHARGE SOME RANDOM FEE CALL INSURANCE WHEN YOU GET TO THE FACILITY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Very nice hotel and staff

Very clean hotel and amazing staff, and quite affordable too. Thanks for all the help in getting through Cartagena, especially for someone who speaks no Spanish!! My only problem was lack of hot water in the bathroom

Hotel is pretty nice for the price. Area is sooooo sketchy! Not safe to walk in day let alone night. An half hour cab to centro for about 12000 COP.

Overall it was ok

Hotel has good and pretty new infrastructure, but it is far away from the Historic Centre, in the Industrial Zone. We were advised by the hotel staff not to walk around the area. You need to move in taxi cabs or Uber because buses are not recommended. You may consider renting a car and try to move by yourself, being careful with bikes, motorcycles and bus drivers. Breakfast was not good enough and portions were small. The lady receptionist (sorry, I don't remember her name) and the boy in charge of carrying the luggage and opening the gate at night were the kindest! Good job from them! Accommodations were very comfortable, though.

Decent hotel close to Cartagena Port

Good hotel to stay at if you have business in the port area. Facilities are limited but the staff are very good and the place is clean. Very competitively priced.

Don't stay

The hotel does not have hot water. So you're going to take cold showers. Also breakfast was supposed to be included, however whenever I went down to the restaurant there was no one there to serve any breakfast. Also the location is awful, it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get to the beach and there are no restaurants close to the hotel. I was supposed to have a suite but I have no idea why they call it a suite. There was nothing special about the room. I booked and paid for 4 days but I left after two nights.
