This nicely updated, 3 bedroom, end unit condo offers lovely lake and forest views and space for up to 6 guests.

Entry is on the lower level where you'll find 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The sunny master bedroom features a comfy California King bed, an attached bathroom, and a balcony with partial lake views. Second bedroom with a Queen bed shares the master bath through a separate entrance. Laundry facilities are on this level as well.

Lake view living room, kitchen, dining area, and a second full bathroom are on the mid-level. Kitchen offers a gas stove and is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. Cozy up in the living room in front of the gas fireplace and stream your favorite shows or movies. Dining table easily seats 6 and there's additional seating at the kitchen counter. Balcony offers expansive lake views and, in summer, a gas grill.

The top level is a lofted bedroom with a Double-on-bottom, Twin-on-top bunk bed, great for kids and adults alike. This lofted bedroom is partially open, and looks down onto the living area below.

The HOA amenities at Carnelian Woods are top-notch too! Enjoy the seasonally available swimming pool and tennis courts, year-round outdoor hot tubs, and recreation center with game room. Centrally located in the town of Carnelian Bay on Lake Tahoe's North Shore, it's easy to get to restaurants, beaches, ski resorts, and all the amazing activities Tahoe offers.

Pool and spas open all summer. Spas open summer and winter daily but limited to Saturdays only in spring & fall. | High Speed Internet is provided with this property, but is not guaranteed.
