Many couples rent the house for a romantic retreat, so we have tailored our pricing for parties of two. The base listed rate is for two guests. There’s a fee for each additional guest. Groups only pay per guest, not a maximum occupancy of 9. Sorry, no visitors. The home’s two entries offer privacy among guests, with the Guest Wing ideal for extended families. All 4 bedrooms have bathrooms en-suite and there's a 5th bathroom near the living room. A King suite and a queen plus twin suite are in the main part of the house, along with the living room , kitchen, dining area, reading nook, 5th bathroom, and access to the large deck. The Guest Wing opens to a large rec room/family room with access to a queen suite and a king suite upstairs with an ocean view.
