Welcome to our completely private and cozy basement retreat in a detached house! Enjoy two spacious bedrooms each with a queen bed, a welcoming living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. With a private entrance, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and one free parking, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located in quiet neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants, and with easy access to the Ottawa and beautiful Almonte. No smoking, pets, or parties. Book now for a relaxing getaway!

The suite is a full basement in a detached house. It has two bedrooms each with a queen bed. The suite has its own private bathroom that includes a walk-in shower. The space also has a living room with a Smart TV, free WI-FI and Kitchenette. The Kitchenette has mini-fridge, dishwasher and basic dishes along with a double hot plate burner. The suite also features a dedicated workspace with a desk and a chair. There is no sharing with others and entire space will be yours in the basement. Our place is kid friendly.

Guests will be able to park one car on the private driveway. There is a well lit pathway to the side entrance to basement. If you have more than one vehicle, please discuss with hosts first prior to booking.

Check yourself in with a smart lock anytime after 3 p.m. There are no keys to keep track off!
Guest will have to go down steps to access basement from the side entrance. There are handrails all along the steps.

There is one queen bed in each of the bedrooms. Two additional blankets are provided.
The suite is not handicapped accessible.

Cozy & Private Basement Suite

Lovely, bright, modern little suite. Cute family oriented neighbourhood close to everything. Only 35 minutes to all our events in Ottawa. Communication with host was excellent. Well appointed kitchenette, so we were able to prepare a couple of meals “in-house”.We dined at Boulton House in Carleton place and highly recommend it for dinner out!

I really appreciated the lovely and clean rooms made available to me during my visit to the Ottawa area. The hosts made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everything that could be done to make me comfortable was done. I hope I can stay here again.
