Housekeeping is a let down

Overall ok, but the cleaning/housekeeping leaves alot to be desired. Bedding wasnt freshened up, left with no toilet roll midweek, floor wasn't swept once and tea & coffee wasnt restocked from 2nd day

Great welcome, room as expected for price, comfortable bed. This is a good choice hotel for those arriving into Wales and heading further West the next day. I was surprised at the choice for breakfast which included fresh bread, fruit compote and yoghurts not to mention a decent coffee machine. I noticed that someone is looking after the plants in the eating area which is always a nice thing to see and inspires confidence that you are staying in a worthwhile place.

One of the worst hotels...horrible breakfast.

Ome of the worst hotels I have stayed, very tiny rooms fkr the amount tou pay, paid about £75. To top this, they insult you with their breakfast, just cereals and toast, call this continental, no fried eggs or sausages etc. Charge you £8.50
