Communication with the property management team was excellent. Anything we needed was addressed promptly. The house had 3 living areas, 2 dining areas, 3 bedrooms, hangars supplied which was nice and 2 bathrooms, lots of sliding glass doors for great views to the pool. There is a nice canal behind the home along with a patio area next to it. The sun deck is separate outside the screened in pool. The displayed first photo is way different than the furniture that is on the patio and there is no umbrella. I associate Florida with color and the house was virtually colorless. It could use some accent color wall colors. It could use some more Florida style colorful photos on the walls. It was great to have breakfast at the house and grill out as well. We really enjoyed the pool and sun deck, and the house was very comfortable. The house could use a bit of updating and a really great deep cleaning. But virtually I would give this house a four out of five rating.
