The GoodWeather, location, walkability, fully stocked kitchenThe BadUpon arriving for 25-day stay, several advertised items were unavailable or broken to include no outdoor firepit, umbrella over outdoor table, broken lounge chairs, unusable gas grill. After many communications (often heated) with the management company (SWFL Vacations), these items were replaced. The pool – my husband and maintenance company on day 5 spent time fixing, unclogging the lines of the pool. Solar cover unusable, skimmer basket missing. Pool company eventually came and provided the requested chlorine and cleaned the pool. Eight fabric kitchen stools (too high for the counter) were disgustingly dirty. Requested replacement or professionally clean, which was denied. We purchased cleaning products and scrubbed 5 of the stools and put 3 in the garage. All bathroom drains were slow draining. My husband found a tool and unclogged all showers and bath sinks. The removal was disgusting.Management company did provide drain-o, windex and kitchen cleaner. We washed the sliding doors and front door as glass was so dirty. Living room furniture dirty and very uncomfortable.
