This beautiful property is nestled in the heart of Cape Coral. Villa Florida Flair is a simple yet comfortable property equipped with all the basics needed during your stay. The home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pool, and more. The master bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable king-size bed. We especially took care of cozy mattresses that give you a relaxed sleep after an exciting day. The master bathroom is equipped with granite countertops and a roomy, tiled bathroom shower.

Spend the day relaxing in the heated pool, doesn't matter the weather, you can swim in it year-round, and then head out for a delicious dinner later that night.

Villa Florida Flair is situated in a quiet neighborhood but is within a short distance of many great restaurants. Head on over to the bowling alley or cinema center after dinner - they're all nearby. If you're more interested in cooking at home, check out the local grocery store, only five minutes away. You can eat in the large dining room that includes seating for six or grill some steaks outside on the airy lanai. Spend the rest of your evening relaxing with family and watching some TV.

A getaway isn't complete without a bit of shopping. If you're interested in some shopping then just take a short minute ride and you'll be sure to come across something you like. The Edison Shopping Mall is just a twelve-minute drive away and is one of the only enclosed malls in Southwest Florida.
