Located in Cape Canaveral, this townhome is a dream. With 2 bedrooms including 1 queen bed in the master, and the quest room has 1 bunk bed (twin over full), and 1 twin bed with twin trundle and pack n play; guests will have plenty of space to relax. The property also features a main bath with a shower/tub, toilet, and sink with large counter space area, with a hair dryer provided. Downstairs there is a half bath which is also connected to a full laundry room. Heating and AC ensure a comfortable stay, while amenities like WiFi and a washing machine add convenience. We think our place will help you experience everything Cape Canaveral has to offer. 1 mile walk to cape Canaveral city park with playground, splash pad, and community center. Short walk to the beach while the neighborhood offers 2 pools (one family pool and the other am adult only pool), tennis courts, racquetball courts, shuffle board, basketball, and a sauna. The neighborhood is gated adding extra security and you have a reserved car port parking spot in front of the unit for convenience. Watch cruise ships leaving the port and rocket launches from your balcony or the beach. 1 hour drive to Disney, sea world, and universal, and a 10 min drive to cocoa beach!

We had a great visit. Condo is in an awesome community with friendly neighbors. Close proximity to everything yet very private. Could use a few additional ammenities for a month long stay but not a complaint. Would love to stay here again.
