Overall, our stay was decent, scoring a 7/10, though several aspects could be improved to elevate the guest experience. Areas for Improvement: · The buffet breakfast would benefit from a greater variety of options. · In the Whisper Bar, we found the general staff demeanor could be more welcoming. One incident with a barista was particularly disappointing: she prepared my coffee with full-cream milk despite an order for an almond latte, then denied having received the original request. Only when the person who placed the order intervened did she agree to remake one of the coffees, insisting I would need to pay for a replacement for the other. · Upon checking into Room 8, we noticed a persistent, strong mold odor. We resorted to using eucalyptus oils throughout our stay to mitigate the smell. · The facilities feel somewhat outdated, which is understandable given the building's age, but some modernization would enhance comfort. Exceptional Staff Recognition: I would like to extend high praise to one staff member at the Whisper breakfast service. She has black curly hair with a fringe and often wears white scrunchies. She worked on 12/1/2026 morning on our last day. She stood out for being consistently respectful, empathetic, and warm in all our interactions. She truly represents a gold standard in hospitality.

Great accommodation in lovely surroundings. The apartment was as good if not better than website suggests. Two nice pools and a casual bar for drinks and meals. Airlie Beach is great for shops, bars and restaurants. Whitsundays are wonderful and well worth the trip. Hopefully we will be back.

The hotel and staff were fantastic, gave us a sea view room, which really was beautiful! The location of the hotel is perfect, a short walk into town which has plenty of shops and food. The staff were great, super friendly, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Really good hotel!

Really enjoyed our stay, room was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean with ocean views - magical.. Only compliants - the very noisy shower screen on opening and closing, maybe the hinge needs replacing, lounge suite very uncomfortable and the whole complex had no water just as we all needed to get ready for a function, but would definitely stay again, loved it.

The room we originally booked had an issue, with the air con we contacted maintenance they came and wasn’t able to fix the issue while in the room . Reception was very helpful and we received an upgrade to another room . All Staff were very helpful and we had an amazing stay.

Nice villa but place is in need of some maintenance. Overlooking other pools that were green and place just not maintained. Breakfast you have to buy a coffee which is a joke that is why we always travel overseas as service and food better. I won’t be sending staff here again.
