Staff was great but the concierge is just a guy selling timeshares. They won’t take no for an answer so you have to be rude. Then they called my hotel room to try again and I just hung up. Other than that, great beach access and pool area. Sports bar does not have a vpn to get American channels for college football so plan accordingly l

The staff were friendly, our room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The amenities were great with a decent gym, several pools, a hot tub and right on the beach. It was easy to figure out the local busses to take us downtown or to the club zone. The food was great, if pricy. Drinks were very expensive, but there was an Oxo nearby where we could get cheap cervesa.

the safe we broke, so they brought another one, and the body lotion dispenser was empty and not filled up during our stayin, bat there was a bas soap available , thre where some noise nigthboard all night long , so that afected our sleep.
