The property is great for the traveler on budget. You dont need a fancy room when youre supposed to be outside enjoying cancun. Room was very nice. Pools were awesome! Wait staff fantastic. Carolina my assigned cong person took amazing care of me. In communication close to my arrival and took care of my requests!

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. Everything was wonderful very clean, well-organized, and with a great location. The staff at the reception and throughout the hotel were always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. The pools were spotless, and the whole environment was very pleasant. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

In Cancun, you expect fiesta vibes—not a Westin that feels like a timeshare trap with Uber Eats as its main restaurant Location-wise, you can’t beat it—right in the Zona Hotelera, where you come to do what Cancun does best: be in the middle of the action. Unfortunately, the property itself is dated and doesn’t live up to the Westin brand name. Food selection was so limited that even the staff recommended delivery apps (and yes, we joined the locals in tapping our phones). What really tested our patience was the relentless timeshare push—every time you left your room, like clockwork. Security protocols were solid, and they arranged a ride to the airport, but the private driver didn’t honor the quoted fare—classic Cancun “tourist tax.” Staffing felt thin, and when we arrived with luggage for five, no one helped until I tracked down a baggage cart myself
