Good location, roomy apartment

Great location and the 2 bedroom apartments have plenty of room, beds a bit hard and pillows extremely thin. Bathrooms could do with a good clean. Overall though a nice stay.

Convenient, spacious, a little old

This hotel is very well located and the apartment is well-equipped. The furnishings are a bit tired and the bathrooms are dated. It is very clean, but due to the age of things, so areas seem a little grubby. The beds are relatively comfortable - not saggy which is very good, although they are also a little hard, but not terrible. The pool is nice and is heated although it still seems very chilly! The gym is small but has most key kinds of equipment and a sauna. Having two bedrooms, one with twin beds is a key attraction for this place.

Have stayed before in the past, the cleanliness of the place has gone down hill. Reception said that they would give us another room, but we had already settled in and unpacked, and just wanted to get dinner after late arrival. After we returned, we noticed that house keeping had been in our room. Which was quite rude, as they didn’t clean anything, and they failed to inform us. Management has changed and it’s noticeably declined. Property needs maintenance due to aging and housing keeping are not up to standards. Bathrooms were very unclean, with mold growth, toilet hadn’t been cleaned , oven hadn’t been cleaned and was disgusting,balcony had rubbish and left over food from previous guests. the bedding was clean and comfortable though. I think the beds were the only thing that was cleaned/changed.

A huge spacious apartment which was clean with all facilities. Gym and pool were bonuses. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only issues were outside night noise and spa positioning meant a large step into shower.

Convenient location, close to shops and eateries, spacious apartment and friendly staff are the pluses. The decor and furniture are a bit dated. The bath tub had a crack on the outside and was mended by a tape. Servicing was to be provided every 3 days. We stayed for 4 nights and staff kindly helped arrange servicing after 2 nights when we requested. Overall we were satisfied given the favourable pricing.

The apartment was big! Nice balcony, large sitting area, big kitchen, comfortable beds and a washer and dryer. Very handy to lots of dining opportunities and close to bus depot.

The accommodation was very close to shopping and restaurants. The gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to give us an upgrade to a larger room. The room was very quiet and spacious. The only small negative I noticed was that the floor we stayed on had an odour that i believed came from the garbage chute. If I was to return to Canberra I would certainly consider staying here again.

Well located, clean, functional, good value

This property is well located and provides short-term apartments at a reasonable price. There is a decent gym and swimming pool. This was our second stay here and we were happy again. The bathrooms and kitchens are a little dated, but still clean and functional. The kitchen is very well equipped. The mattress is firm, which is good, but it has no pillow-top or anything to soften it a bit, which is not so good (better than being saggy though!). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

Overall disappointed with this place. The lounge was uncomfortable. The shower head could turn so the water jetted out of the bath. And the washing machine and dryer you get into. Also had to ask for more toilet paper after the 3rd day. And we didn’t have all the channels on our tv with no way of trying to fix as it was locked

The appartments are in a fantastic location, we stayed over new years eve and walked to the fireworks. Plenty of shopping and huge selection of cafes nearby. The reception staff was fantastic as well, very helpful! The only problem was the state of the appartment - it was not very clean, had a torn curtain and had some faulty appliances (leaking toilet broken microwave).
